With the coronavirus pandemic reaching unfathomable proportions, it has in ways awakened​ overt xenophobia from some individuals, who have been wrongfully blaming Asian people as a whole for the virus’ outbreak. Actor Tzi Ma, who is well known for his roles in films such as ‘Mulan,’ ‘The Farewell,’ and ‘Rush Hour’ has spoken out recently about being the victim of a racist verbal attack, and how he hopes humans can combat racism despite being entwined in such a large scale global issue.
